Oh, you never disappoint @lizelle! Ahoy!!! I see a tasty treat waiting to be eaten! I have to admit, I have never heard of this fish, but, white and light, yet firm is right up my alley!
I am sad to see the Sandwich crew pack their bags and disappear, but, it is a huge responsibility to keep these challenges and contests going!

Thank you for the wonderful comments & the tip @dswigle, I'm certainly going to miss this weekly challenge but it's been a very long haul for @jaybird especially the past few months with so many becoming inactive on the platform!

I hear you. The inactivity is killing off a lot of things. But, I am hoping that after the hot of the summer passes here in the States, people will become active again!
