Another day off. Make Sandwiches well the rain shines?
I was going to call it the Texacan, but didn't want to offend anyone.
Really it's some ground beef left in the pan from last night, fried with some taco spice, couple eggs, topped with melted old cheddar, my avocado sauce from the other day (still fresh) and some salsa.
Was delicious and messy. Video is almost nasty😝

It was a super nasty dish, from the refried burger to the finger lickin video.
Haha - times are good for you! I saw a lot of good stuff and that first photo is so colourful - the colour orange, green and red! Lovely.
Glad my NSFW tag has kept all but the bravest commentators away. It was a veritable fall foliage colour spectacular, a great use of leftovers, and an absolutly disgusting thing to see being consumed.
