What is the origin of this dish? It looks tasy AF. I'd love to wash it down with a IPA. I think the two who complement each other very nicely.
Great idea with the cold beer ! But here it is unfortunately a little bit too early for that :-)
... dont know what the origin is, but i had to use my self plant chilli peppers for somthing ;-)
