It is mostly just the creamy sauce inside you drizzle over the cucumber. The cucumber is the focus of the sandwich really. One should have enough sauce for multiple sandwiches with this recipe. :)
Oh okay Yea I see now! Wasn't sure if it was something you could fy up in a pan kinda like an omelet. Maybe that would be an interesting idea.... not sure if it would actually translate lol
