It was surprisingly good, because of the way the cheese was blending with the gingerbread.
Ingredients:
Chocolate Gingerbread
Mushrooms

Is that Brie? That sounds like a great combo. I wonder if you slightly melted it too.... hmmm
It's Brie like, french too, but not exactly Brie. It's not melted, if it looks that way it's the texture the cheese has by itself, quite creamy in the middle.
