This is my first entry for Week #26 for @jaybird 's contest.

This sandwich is called: Le Chateau de Herring

The ingredients are:

Bun
Herring fillets
Mustard
Red Onions hand rubbed with salt
Brie Cheese
Green Olives
Chilli

This was a quite wholesome one, with the herring and brie dominating the taste.

Oh man! this looks amazing!

Excellent choice of herring and brie plus the red onions (vs white) and olives.

Fuck, this must have been a powerfully salty tangy goodness.

Nice creativity on this one!

Indeed it was, the bun was fresh too, bought it just before making the sandwich.

I also prefer red onions over the white and yellow types.
