Steemit sandwich contest week 36: citrus sandwich
GREETING TO MY DEAR STEEMIT READER!!
For those who don't know, this week I have set a theme for myself for this week's ssc. The theme is vegetarian. i am not vegetarian, but its always nice to have some change. Today's sandwich will be highlighting on fruits, specifically citrus fruits. I'll explain more details about it at the bottom
CITRUS SANDWICH
I started off with a black sesame steam bun
Spreaded one side with homemade tangerine jam and the other with yogurt
Layer of sugar crumble is embedded on top of the yogurt
On top of that is processed cheese
And of course 3 orange segments
Garnished with more sweet crumble, mayonnaise, and lime zest for some extra punch!!

No, not at all! I just can not eat processed cheese... I need the handmade stuff, goat in preference... ;) But I agree to fruit and cheese made for each other.

I'd make a few changes, skip the mayo and cheese for example, but this is definitely a different and inviting sandwich.
Yea would be great without both of those too, but u should give them a try. It's kinda like a fruit salad. Personally I find the flavour combination quite exciting
