Adding picture woes

Why is it so difficult? I am not registering for a special Image website I have never heard of just to download my picture, when even the simplest websites let you just add from your computer files. 23119908_10214205059150744_5307586878843252820_o.jpg

Why can't adding a profile pic be as easy as adding a pic in my post? Come on STEEMIT!
