Steemit Photo Challenge #44 - FOOD II (Entry No.1- Grilled salmon on cedar plank / Gegrillter Lachs auf einem Zedernholzbrett)

This picture of grilled salmon filet on a cedar plank is my contribute for #steemitphotochallenge 44. The salmon is prepared with a marinade made of olive oil, garlic, dill, salt and pepper. The limes besides the salmon are looking very good and give the salmon a fresh taste. Using a cedar plank prevents the salmon from getting to dry while BBQ.

Dieses Bild eines gegrillten Lachsfilet auf einem Zedernholzbrett ist mein Beitrag für die #steemitphotochallenge 44. Der Lachs wurde mit einer Marinade aus Olivenöl, Knoblauch, Dill, Salz und Pfeffer zubereitet. Die seitlich angebrachten Limetten schauen natürlich gut aus, geben dem Lachs aber auch einen frischen Beigeschmack. Die Verwendung der Zederholzbretter verhindert das Austrocknen des Lachsfilets während des grillens.
