Good afternoon
Today prepared a delicious and nutritious milkshake)

For this cocktail, I took:

-Strawberry 50 g.

-milk 1% 200 ml

-Cream, vegetable 10% 100 ml.

-granol (homemade from oat flakes, nuts and dried fruits) 70 gr.

-ice cream vanilla 60 gr.

Everything mixed in a blender

And that's what happened
