A Mangrove along the Caribbean coast
A single Mangrove tree rises from the water along the coastal community of Punta Gorda. The beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean drew my lens to this amazing photo opportunity.
Punta Gorda is Roatan Islands' oldest permanent settlement and has a large Garifuna population. The Garifuna are the descendants of Caribs Indians and Black African slaves.
