Steemitphotochallenge #41 Landscape - Chesil Beach Dorset (Entry3 )
Chesil Beach in Dorset is a Geological anomaly. A narrow spit of shingle over 17 miles long dividing the English Channel from the nature reserve, Fleet Lagoon behind it. According to the Geologists, the entire shingle was thrown up from the sea one night during a storm. The Pebbles are graded from large stones at one end to the smallest at the other end. This is due to the action of the tide.
