SteemitPhotoChallenge Entry: Carcassonne Inhabitant

Carcassonne is an ancient fortified French town that attracts a lot of tourists, but people also still live inside the medieval fortress they call the Cité de Carcassonne.

What I like about this photo is how the man in the foreground, dressed for much colder weather but seemingly immune to the intense heat, ignores all tourists and calmly walks home. He lives here, after all:
