Carob tree (Ceratonia siliqua L.) hermaphrodite inflorescences are very scarce respect to male, female and polygamous ones.

This is a male inflorescence, but there are several types of male flowers in terms of sepals, stamens numbers and stamens length (inflorescences with short or long stamen filaments).
