We really, really, really love food!

We feed 40,000 free meals a year, because it is our pleasure to share our overflowing abundance! It's easy to provide for everyone when we consider the highest good of ALL. Not only do we feed the homeless, firemen, and single mothers, but we also donate our catering services to deserving community builders. At these catering events, we usually share on of our favorite styles of cuisine: mouthgasms.

In general, mouthgasms are one or two bites of über dankness. Although an entire meal can also be mouthgasmic, a mouthgasm proper is generally a small amuse-bouche. These are layers upon layers of colors, textures, and flavors, usually with some surprising elements you might not guess by looking at it. We like it juicy; the saucier the better! 

We love to see people's eyes roll back in their heads when these decadent bites explode in their mouths! 

A beautiful thing about mouthgasms is that they are not recipes per se, but more food formulas to follow your own inspiration and palate! We like to mix creamy, crunchy, sweet, spicy, salty, savory, astringent, earthy, zesty, jazzy, and  piquant elements to create something one-of-a-kind every single time. While we serve the style often, it is never the same dish twice!

Fresh Herbed Pizza on a Crispy Corny Crust

These tasty beauties have a crispy base of cornmeal dusted and fried pizza dough, topped with creamy pesto, rich caramelized onion and mushroom medley, an heirloom tomato and garlic garnish, fresh herbed mozzarella, and a sprinkling of sea salt.
