Tree Topped Sea Stack in Oregon, Steemitphotochallenge Entry #2
Samual H. Boardman Scenic Corridor

I love how the forest continues right out onto the sea stacks in parts of the PNW. It makes the sea stacks feel more like small islands with there own ecosystem of life. The low sun behind the fog backlighting this image really worked out. The Samual H. Boardman Scenic Corridor is a state park in Southern Oregon. It features one of the most unique and amazing stretches of coastline anywhere. I posted a shot last month from this very same spot, minus the dramatic fog and lighting. You can see the details of the sea stack better in the other image however I find this one more visually pleasing overall. It is interesting to me how vastly different a shot of the same scene can be with different light conditions.
This is my 2nd entry in the Steemitphotochallenge contest hosted by @Jamtaylor. According the rules we are allowed 3 entries per week. The theme this week is landscapes.
