STEEMITPHOTOCHALLENGE #24 ENTRY - Golf Fairway Around the Mountain
My entry photo was captured on a recent visit to British Columbia a few short weeks ago. This photo was shot with my Nikon D3100 DSLR .
ISO 800 55mm f/5.6 1/6 RAW - AF-S DX VR Zoom Nikkor Lens 18-55mm.
I did some basic editing with Photos on my MacBook Pro.
The golf course is located at the Executive Suites in Squamish, BC. The fairway matches the twisting waterway path flowing toward the base of the mountain range.

I had no idea that was a golf course until you said so. Now I want to play a round there.
Are you from around that area? I know there are a LOT of ticks on the course area....ick.
I am south in the States and living in Kentucky..... Ticks do not sound fun.

The mist rolling off the hills is amazing
The mist is actually low lying clouds...beautiful right? You should see them in the sunlight.....gorgeous.
Wow that does sound beautiful. Are you at a high altitude then?
no, actually, it's at sea level there....which makes no sense for low clouds but that's what happens....some days you can't see the mountains because of the clouds.....its a strange weather eco system there.
