SteemitPhotoChallenge Entry - "Alfa"
Alfa Romeo
Camera: Fujifilm X-T2
Lens: Fuji 27mm
Settings: 1/20s; f16; ISO 100
I shot this series of panning with cars in black & white, however the colour of this car was too good not to use. Fortunately I had the X-T2 set to capture JPGs and RAW files, so I had colour available when I looked at them on the computer.
My other entries for this week:
Edit: A funny thing happened to me on my way to take these photos

Nice shot! Upvoted and followed.
Out of curiosity, I opened it in Photoshop and dialled down red saturation and lightness to -100% and -40%, then lifted blue 40% and cyan 20%. Then brightness and contrast both +5%. I also cropped off the white ghost of a car on the right edge. Sorry for experimenting with your photo 8-).
Thanks.
The colour in this photo comes from Fuji's "Classic Chrome" film setting. I like the washed out feel of this preset (it's a nice simulation kodachrome right out of the camera - my fav is "Velvia" though, so saturated with pumped up colours).
And yeah, I should have cropped it... I had a look at your adjustments in photoshop- washing out colour of the red car looks good (except for the windows - a few more tweaks and it'd really pop. You'd have to go in an mask it out etc, but am happy with this straight out of the camera.
