Steemitphotochallenge Doors Entry #1 Cape Spear, NL

Cape Spear is the furthermost eastern point in Canada. Although the lighthouse at the top of the hill is pretty impressive, my favorite part was wandering around the old barracks buried in the hill side. This is what was left of an old door mounted to the entrance of an ammunition storage room. Sadly, the barracks are now in the process of being demolished. Glad I had the opportunity to see them before they were buried once and for all....
