Steemit is an opportunity

As at the time I didn't know that I could make a few bucks outta my posts. I was talked to by a friend who ''says you acquire steem even without activity for a full year''.
I do not know his username and whether us true/false that is what I remember and it turned me on.
Opportunities should be shared.
