The Steemit Name Challenge: How I Came About the username @tryskele

I was nominated by @gandhibaba for this challenge. Thank you @felobtc for thinking up this beautiful challenge. I have to agree with #gandhibaba on how wonderful this challenge is.

because of the liveliness and solidarity it has brought to the Steemit blockchain.

How I chose my current Steemit username.

I actually have already done a post in regards to my name. I have another friend I have made on Steemit @dula who had asked me what the deal with my name is. I will put the link in so you can read the full story. Will give the short version anyway. I have always been drawn and fascinated by swirls, curvy and wavy lines. I love looking at them, drawing them, is very relaxing. I had seen a picture of a monolith from Newgrange, Ireland. I had some friends that had gone to the UK, one of the pictures they took was of the monolith.

In fact this was one of the many reasons my spiritual path changed. Seeing a Triskele (or Triskelion) for the first time and then researching it as I could with the limited resources back then I became mesmerized. It resonated within me. It's like it answered a question I didn't know I was asking. To me I saw several linkings. It reminded me of how we all as a species are interconnected. As well as being interconnected to the planet and universe itself. We may just be a speck in the entirety of 'The Big Picture.' At some point we become connected through the spirals of life itself.

Sorry this one is hard. I like my anonymity, mainly since my name is unique I don't want what I have buried coming back to haunt me so to speak. I've worked on a lot on myself I guess I don't need to hide from them anymore, they can no longer hurt me 😎 My real name is LeNetta Huntoon (married name) and for the record...yes I am female 😜 Just remember...it's not polite to ask a lady her age 😺.

I don't think I would. This name has been a part of me for so long. I've always looked at it as being my true self. No pretense, no games, just me and my feelings and opinions.
