DISCLAIMER: Corporations break rules all the time, at the account of the people who should be protected BY the rules. Eventhough I do not like to break rules, when I see rules that are backwards, or rules that should not exist then I make sparks.

I'll blatantly plagiarise the rules from @amariespeaks since they explain things just fine and I also like to be as lazy as the cookbook-plagiarising-steemwales for a change..

Now, lets do this:

WHOIS:@bifilarcoil?

A bifilarcoil is many things:
It is a discovery, or some may call it an invention, by one of the most influential people in the tech world, Nikola Tesla. Everything that has electrons running over it, is in one way or another related to at the very least one of Nikola's ideas.

A bifilarcoil is a capacitive inductor that has a natural self resonance. Trigger it and it rings it will release more energy then what you put in to it. Curious? Then dig into Tesla's patent of the pancake coil, this is 'the Tesla coil'
Yet there are many other ways to make bifilar coils , those are the most common.

Another bifilarcoil is the very thing that makes a human our DNA, and as our bodies are made of atoms this now may make you even more curious. :-P

Electronics 101:
An inductor, also called a coil, choke or reactor, is a passive two-terminal electrical component that stores energy in a magnetic field when electric current flows through it. An inductor typically consists of an insulated wire wound into a coil around a core.(blatantly plagiarised from the ever so inaccurate wikipedia)

And these coils generate a something called Back-EMF:
Counter-electromotive force, also known as back electromotive force, is the electromotive force or "voltage" that opposes the change in current which induced it. CEMF is the EMF caused by magnetic induction. (again wikipedia speak)

My real name is a matter of privacy. I have a Spanish first name, named after a massive block of stone somewhere in Greece. My name is not very common, If I mention my name here then too many people who know me can find me far to easy. And due to search engines these people may hunt me down. (THANKS GOOGLE!)
So I rather not type my full name here. Still the few people who really know me will have recognised me already. And they know that I'm not hiding as such. I just like to keep some distance from a few bad actors known as 'government bureaucrats'.
I don't need those parasites around me. So my name is just not important. I had my fame, I learned about EGO, and frankly, life without a name is far more interesting. As people then experience their own ego, in chasing after my EGO, and are not distracted by a name that would mislead them into false assumptions that tend to go with certain names.
In my case a Spanish name, even though I'm Dutch, and my name actually comes from Greece somehow.
Just because my parents found it to be a cool name. And yes it is a cool name! Just to unique in a world with GOOGELY POOP, and that slightly sucks. The disrespect of the basic human right of privacy is felt FAR stronger by people with unique names, then by people with common names. Pete, Harry, Tom, etc, some names are so common that you can't even find them on farcebook since there are to many with the very same name.

SO Parents to be: When you want you child to have a fighting chance to have SOME privacy in the 21th century then give them a boring name.

I don't feel the need for another name. As my name also made me who I am. A big rock from Greece that refuses to be moved. :-)

Hmmmm, maybe my name should just be bifilarcoil. But on another website I would have picked a different name.

There are many more aspects to the name bifilarcoil, it has an impedance, it resists, but it does more then that, it inducts. It's magnetic field collapses into infinite equilibrium at the speed of light.

And then there is the fact that Tesla tried to share all his knowledge, even though greedy bastards like Westinghouse tried to suppress Tesla's knowledge by buying it. When Westinghouse was on the brink of bankruptcy Tesla even tore up a contract that today would have been worth BILLIONS. And saved the greedy bastard who essentially ripped Tesla off.
However not many people realise that by the destruction of he contract Tesla was able to set his ideas free. And for the rest of his life he chose to live in poverty, was this all to be able to share his ideas with humanity? You tell me?
