Mountain bike California, St Joe's hill in Los Gatos

Hello all, here is my mtb ride this afternoon, it was a nice 70* f day! The shot below is at Vasona reservoir which was on my way to the hill.

The ride was 17 miles and 1600 feet of climbing. (Whew, a little bit of sweating was done)

There was some pretty vibrant green grass/weeds growing on the side of the trail, quite the contrast with a red/white mtb.

The view from the top of the hill overlooks Santa Clara, and up the peninsula towards Mountain View and Palo Alto.

I have been on Steemit since July last year, so not an old timer. Keep posting at least once per day and if you reply to someones post, make sure it is at least a sentence, not a 4 word post.

Once you get enough SBD's, you can use the bot service and get up votes. Continue to build your account slowly, it's going to take a while, like over a year. If you can buy Steem with your local currency, do so when the Steem price is low. Try to gather as much SP as you can, b/c that is power on this platform.

Ohhh that's awesome bro.. I wanted u to show some mma stamina boosting exercises... That would be great..

I think the best for stamina is just consistently working out which keeps your body fat down and cardio high. You will get conditioned if you workout a few times a week, your body will adapt. Eating a lot of fruit and vegetables helps.
