Ascending and Descending function

Ascending and Descending function

I would like to suggest that tags should have an ascending and descending function base on vote and/or payout value. And if possible would be the ascending one (the lowest payout or count of votes first) be the default to show on each tag.

Visibilty

This would help visibility of new post especially for new member as they dont have any followers to be notified when they made a new post or something like that. And with the new reputation system around it would not be as flooded as it would before because those with low reputation wouldnt be shown.

Geniunely

I believe this could also lessen the feeling of the curating system being a race to upvote or game of who could get the best curation reward and replaced by a geniunely finding good content and rewarding it with upvote.

Distribution

And if more post gets even as little rewards (better than $0.00) for hours of effort they put on their post. We could have a better distribution of steem power to curate every user of steemit.

Id like to know your thoughts on this and also what kind of downside would you think this could also bring?
