What is meditation?
One of the most common things nowadays is meditation. Everyone wants to learn this meditation but this meditation is not a learning thing it is a quality of a condition. You or I cannot meditate but we can meditate.
If we want to understand deeply, meditation is like the fruit of a tree If we take proper care of that tree with soil, water, fertilizer, etc., then that tree will definitely bear fruit.

Similarly, meditation is a state that gives a specific atmosphere to your emotions, your mind, and your body so that you can meditate as a result.
The term "meditation" is so deep and to this day no one has been able to come up with an accurate explanation, because it is just a matter of perception.
Not every human being's perception can be the same because no instrument has yet been invented to measure how deep you are in perception.
Meditation is just a method by which you get a direction to search for the answer to the question of the nature of your heart and who you are. This is a well-organized process of time, there is no end to this process.
You know, this life of ours is very short, in the meanwhile we have broken our life and ourselves in different ways and created different forms of ourselves.
And in the snare of these forms we have forgotten our true nature. We can only feel by the senses and our senses are made to feel the outside world. So I can't feel my inner self.

Meditation is a method that helps us to understand anything in depth so that we forget the old ideas and start looking for and understanding something new.
