Peshawari Mutton Frying Pan

Ingredients: Meat: Half a kilo, Tomato: Three pieces, Oil: Half a cup, Yogurt: Half a cup, Coriander: Half a lump, Green Chili: Four to five pieces, Turmeric: One teaspoon, Ginger: Two teaspoons, Garlic : A teaspoon, hot spice: half a teaspoon, salt: as needed, red pepper: a teaspoon.

Tip: Cook the meat in a little water until the water is dry. Then add ginger garlic paste and yogurt. Add turmeric, hot spices, salt and red pepper and mix well. Add tomatoes, green peppers and a little water, to make spices and cover. When the meat is well seasoned and the oil comes up, cook the meat a little in the same oil. When ready, garnish with green coriander and green chilies.
