The BETA fish, died 😭

Almost a year ago, me and my brother decided to get an aquarium. So we went to pet stores to find a good fish to have. And we found this beta fish first and later added three little one.
But when we bought it. The person working at the store then told us it can only last less than a year or a year.
One afternoon from work and the brother is in Yosemite trip, I got home into this. The beta finally gave up. I felt sad but what else can I do.
I realized that there must be a reason why it died and just get another beta again in time. I just hoped we gave the right place and food by the time it was with me and bro.
