MISS INDEPENDENT COOKING102: Sinigang na Bangus

This cooking session with me, will truly make you salivate as you follow this simple steps on how to cook Sinigang na Bangus!

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bangus or Milkfish

  2. 2 pcs of stringbeans or batong
  3. sliced onions
  4. sliced tomatoes
  5. knorr sinigan na sampalok mix
  6. 2-3 cups of water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Clean the Milkfish or Bangus then slice it in to 3pcs.
  2. In a caserole or pan, put the tomatoes and onions then boil it with 3 cups of water
  3. then add the Knorr sinigang mix powder and the milk fish.
  4. then simmer for 3-5 minutes then add the stringbeans and petchay. Kangkong will do.
