Poor governance is definitely a huge problem in the development of a country. The government is not creating employment opportunities yet universities and technical institutions are churning thousands of graduates every year. Where will they go to with no jobs being created. Entrepreneurship is now the answer and I believe the block chain technology has a lot to offer for all young graduates. It could be trading, writing, coding etc.
