Very true, I was a victim as a child and people never believed my story because the guy was "great" with children and got along with them. These are the warning signs that can be overlooked. It just goes to show you can never really know anybody
So true. That's usually how it goes. I was the a victim of a sweet talking, always what you need when you need, helpful to a fault, commiserating to where they had been thru everything I had, nice and seemingly kind shyster who is the most destructive and manipulative individual I've ever encountered.
You never truly know anyone...
