My students' extracurricular activities after the semester exam: futsal competition

This is my other story about the activities of my students at school. The exam is over. I was preoccupied with the values of my students 'exams and the committees in the students' extracurricular activities.

Other activities that we conducted after the semester exams ended were futsal competition inter-class. This activity received extraordinary attention from students, unlike other activities. Sports activities are fun!

The futsal competition inter-class gives advantages for the school. We can select futsal players (also football) for the school team. Every year, the local government organizes an inter-school football championship. So, through this activity, we will look for the best players to join the school team. Last year, our school team lost in the semifinals. Next year, we will try to put the best players in position.

Futsal competition that we conduct might seem strange. Naturally. In my school, there is no special field for futsal. So we use the basketball court for futsal matches. We just added the goalpost under the basket board.

Futsal match was very exciting! Children gave support to their own class. They cheered, shouted at his friend like a coach who gave instructions to his players, and when the goal took place they shouted triumphantly.

This futsal match uses the knockout system. Only the winning team will advance for the next round. The losing team should willingly accept their defeat. The match lasted 2x10 minutes. If the end score in draw, then the match is continued with a penalty.

Children wear costumes with the names of their idol players. You can see the photo below. There is "Zidane" there!

They played like a world player. We enjoyed this match. Extracurricular activities have a positive impact on students. Students talented in football or futsal can channel their interests here. The student's extracurricular is also a place for schools to find students' hidden talents. Yes, teachers do not fully know the talents of the students. The talents of students will arise when students channel their talents or interests in an extracurricular school activity.

It's my story today at school. School is not only a place of learning for students. The school is also a playground and a fun place for students.
