Choe! choe!, Let's learn to write our names (Kindergarten - Grade 3 - all grades can benefit from this)
Today my class practiced writing their names and in the same time we covered other aspects and they enjoyed it very much.
Our theme for today was:
Communication way back then...
Ask the learners in what way do we communicate today:
- Cellphone
- Twitter etc.
But do you know how they communicated way back, when grandma and grandpa were children?
- Postal trains

To finish off this lesson make a name train. This activity will focus on the following skills depending on which grade you are using this activity:
- Cutting skills
- Planning skills
- Ability to write their name
- Spacial awareness
- Let the older kids tell a story about where this postal name train has been.
Here is the postal name trains my class made today. Pretty impressed with them

Good stuff, though my guy is only 2 months and won't understand any of this. That email cartoon is funny.
Really so great, excellent idea.

I've been sick for two weeks so I haven't been on Steemit for awhile. Hopefully my voting bot voted during this time. I was actually bedridden for a long time so it may take awhile for me to get back up to par. Hope you are continuing to do well. Please take care!
