Did you know that the heat and radiant energy that is emitted from the sun can be converted into solar energy? In the regions of Aceh, where I come from, we would benefit greatly from the use of solar powered energy, but unfortunately, this power option is not used to its advantage by our people.

Solar energy is energy captured from the heat and light radiated by the sun. The energy is collected through the use of multiple technologies, such as; solar heating, solar photovoltaics, solar thermal power, solar architecture, and artificial photosynthesis.
It is not just Aceh that should realize how important the sun can be to us, the whole world, in fact, should be focusing more on solar powered energy as a source of power. Solar energy has many benefits, I'll touch on a few:

. Maintenance costs are affordable
. Most importantly, it is a renewable source of energy
. Converting Sunlight Into Electrical Energy
We know that the light and heat from the sun can be used for heating, but, more importantly, it can also be converted into electrical energy! This is done with the use of solar panels.
How do solar panels convert solar energy into electrical energy
The solar panels are made of solar cells. A cell is a small disk of a semiconductor like silicon. They are attached by wire to a circuit. As light strikes the semiconductor, light is converted into electricity that flows through the circuit. In principle, the conversion solar energy into electrical energy is quite simple, and amazing! The energy coming from the sun can never be exhausted, it can be said that solar energy is a 'source of lasting energy', it's a renewable source.
From the above explanation can be concluded that solar energy is an amazing way to generate power and the focus should be moved from fuel as a source of energy to more environmentally friendly sources that are renewable. The function of sunlight is very important for us here on earth, it not only keeps us warm, it keeps the world functioning as we know it.

great post!. Solar technology is still quite expensive for the poor to use,especially in developing countries. Hopefully is will become cheaper over the next few years so it can be utilized widely than what is now.
