Developing the creativity of children in classes | Learning to trace - TUTORIAL

Hello Steemains! We are not all artists and that's why it's not strange that a manual work does not come out as we had imagined, simply because the drawings have not gone well. Today we will learn to trace, using techniques that will allow us to make copies of a drawing easily and totally faithful to the original drawing. So I invite you to enjoy this proposal where the little ones can go, little by little, developing ingenuity, approach the artistic work accompanied by their classroom teachers and parents.

What are they waiting for?

This activity will help children develop their fine motor skills: manual control, pencil grip, eye-hand coordination. And the best part is that you only need a piece of paper, a pencil. Have fun while doing your homework!

TRACE WITH PARCHMENT OR SILK PAPER

Process

Step 1. Place the paper on the sample that we want to trace and review all the lines with the pencil. We must be careful not to run the paper in which we draw.

Step 2. Before separating the paper, we will check if we have really reviewed all the lines. Once this is done, we will remove the paper from the sample.

Step 3. We will turn the paper over and place it on the sheet of cardboard or paper to be transferred.

Step 4. Now, we go over all the lines again pressing hard. As we have worked with a soft pencil, the first lines will be marked on the paper or sheet of cardboard and thus we will obtain the pattern that we wanted. It is checked if all the strokes have been reviewed and then the figure can be trimmed.

TRACE WITH TRACING PAPER OR CARBON

Process

Step 1. Underneath everything, we place the paper or cardboard sheet on which we want to transfer the sample. On this we place the carbon paper so that the tracing face is down, that is, on paper or cardboard sheet. Above all, we place the sample we want to trace.

Step 2. So that it does not run or slip any of them when tracing, we should hold them three sheets with paper clips.

Step 3. The lines of the sample that are transferred directly to the copy are reviewed with the pencil. Before removing the tracing paper, we will check if we have forgotten any lines. After this, we can remove the figure already traced.

How to trace

Now you know how to draw a drawing using the most used and copy techniques more faithful to the original drawing. Remember to choose the method that is most useful, easy and that meets your needs.

Thank you all for joining me in this fantastic and perfect exercise for the development of children's creativity. With this fun series of steps, children (accompanied and guided by their elders) can have a good time with the little ones in the house. In addition, they will be taught to work in an organized manner, allowing them to expand their technique of concentration and observation to help them understand their environment.

Beautiful drawing @saracampero
This as a good way to start children into drawing, I also think that allowing them to represent the things as they see them is a way to kickstart creativity in them :)
