Good thing Mr K is all over that! I had a friend whose kid was having issues with a teacher and she did all the right things to try to get it resolved but in the end she pulled her kid out of that school and then they marked the issue as “resolved” 😑

Some schools just can't get it right😐 I hope that the new school set up is happier.
