Good article Iqbal. One more point I would like to add to the list is - teacher should have compassion, this is something most of the teachers lack in current generation. This will help understand the student's struggle with studies, and in a way being compassionate will ward off standard frustration that every teacher goes through. Compassion is the one medium that connects with the students directly, this will open up the window for aiding student's hardship in understanding particular concepts.
