Creating Rapports With Your School Kids Are Blessings In Our Lives.

Dear friends, one of the blessings we will get is building a good rapports with our kids that we teach them. As we always say, children are the blessings to our lives. That is why the Bible admonishes us that "We should allow the children to come closer to us, should not prevent them from coming."

A friend of my has always been telling me this that our blessings come from these children that we treat them good. He was teaching a lower class. Always he finds himself with these kids, playing, teaching them the Bible stories. Since the place place that he teaching was a deprived area, at times when school is not in section, the parents bring their wards to him to look after them. This rapport that he was having created a great way for him, he had a travelling mercy and now he is in America, his great dream that he was looking forward has come to past.

Rapport is a good relationship that we build or create with people. We must always draw the kids that we teach them to ourselves, so that they will always love us. Their love always blesses us even if they do not know how to pray.

Most of these kids that we teach them have peculiar problems that if we create rapport with them, they share their problems with us. Especially, when we teach in villages, some of the kids do not even eat when coming to School because of financial constraints. However, if we approach them, they will be able to share their this problem with us for you to help them.

Some of them are dull because they do not may be receive that parental care, that motherly and fatherly care, so they always isolate themselves from their friends. Please, school is a great home for socialisation, so as teacher, you should bring them closer to you.

Because of some diseases these kids would want their friends to know about, they would want to shine themselves from their friends, if you as teacher do not pull them closer and advice them, they will grow up and become inferiority complex. They would not like to be at a public gathering.

Most teachers fall short in building rapport with these kids. They maltreat these kids all the time, driving them to come closer to them. We should remember that as we maltreat these young ones, it means we are driving away our blessings God will give us. Let us be care about how we treat these young kids, they are the blessings to our lives.
