The lighting in our environment – both the intensity or color, can affect the emotional and psychological well-being. So, when you encounter a situation of stress in the social environment or in a personal relationship, try staring a bit on the light in the blue spectrum.

A small study published in the journal PLoS One, it focuses attention on the short-term pressures that come from interpersonal or social relationships. For example, when you are in disagreement with your partner, or you have to give a presentation at an important meeting, which determines the success of a career.

In the study, the researchers involved 12 volunteers with a method called Montreal Imaging Stress Task. As many as 12 volunteers were divided into two groups.

One group resting in kromoterapi Chamber with blue lighting, while others rested in a room illuminated by white light. Both groups received signal monitoring to bio, such as heart rate and brain activity After undergoing a break, researchers find facts, groups that are in the dugout with blue lighting can relax and find peace of mind in just one minute.
