Improving the System for Getting Students Excellence

So many complex things need to be discussed further related to the learning patterns in various schools. Although I am not a teacher, I was a student a few years ago. And has been a student of several levels of school.
Schools that should be a means to express students' ideas are shaken in a very powerful system. As if it is a must if some students are not able to do it. They are imprisoned by the system. Their freedom of expression was instantly silenced by the school system itself.
Basically, a student's ability is different. There are very clever count and very fond if the subject matter of the amount, some like music, writing poetry, singing and so forth.
Of course, these potentials of their own also have to vary the way and liberate them in the work. Do not you see so many frustrated students with lessons they can not accomplish.
And immediately they stopped in the middle of the road. Often we face this case happen. It is as if the subject makes everyone successful. But the reality is not so. schools that are supposed to be tools for student expression are now seemingly eroded by the system. The millions of talents owned by students are wasted without anyone caring.
Schools that fool students
Though not everyone can be successful with the subject that forced the school. And the row of successful people today comes from their own hobby. Its manifestation continues to evolve over time although it sometimes has to leave school. Just like Mr. Bill Gates. Because too focused to make Windows until finally he was expelled from school. Then after that what happened, he did not become a failure person is not it?
Instead he became a successful person in the world And this is his creation that accompanies all our work activities today. And so many other successful people because of their hobbies and hard work not because they can not solve the burdensome subject set by the school.
Therefore, a teacher should be able to increase student potential. Schools should be able to provide the means to improve their potential competencies. Until finally created a free person who gave birth to a myriad of achievements for school and nation. []
