Applying the basic rewards and sanctions in a precise way and shaping the child's behavior, cultivating a positive value and making it a strong figure, can even inflame the spirit, fixing its potential and ability.

The basic talents of abilities and trends are present in every child. Therefore it is only natural that we should pay attention to the advantages and privileges of each child, regarding him as a person different from the others. Of course it is very difficult for us to equate how to handle them.

The rewards have a role in establishing commendable behavior. So many theories of psychology emphasize the importance of the role of awards in the world of education and teaching, which always motivates positive behaviors.

Rewarding a child and rewarding positive behaviors can foster self-confidence and motivate him to always behave.

Sanctions can curb the child's motion in assuming responsibility as an adult. The opposite of the above attitude is disdainful and ignorant. Both have a negative impact on the child's behavior.

Responsibility requires firmness, not violence and harshness. It is needed is the limits and rules that can help children adapt to themselves and live side by side with the surrounding community, so that the balance and mental health that can make themselves able to work and organize life.
