HOW TO BE GOOD AT CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
This is all about having respect for a teacher and doing what they want.
It is your job as a teacher to reach this level of control.
In this next series I will be giving you some videos of how to be able to work with children and get them settled.
There is no point at shouting at them as they will not respect you at all.
It is important for children to respect their teacher, but you must be able to earn that respect from them.
There are so many teachers in my days as principal, that I knew who did not know how to handle a class, and they were always losing time, and not learning how to be prepared for a class.
It is because they might have just had a break and were still trying to tell someone something.
Who of us have not tried to get a little extra time to tell a story?
Discipline in a classroom is earned by being a good teacher so please watch this if you have trouble keeping your class in a learning mode.
