It is amazing how underestimated or unknown in the western countrlies is the role of ISRO. They were pioneers in the space exploration.

Luckyly, the PSLV now has the attention and respect it deserved (having failed just twice in its history), and western companies have accepted they are cheaper and more reliable than most of the american and russian launch systems.
