Why do People Want to be a Teacher
It may seem strange if there were to ask ourselves about the work we love so much, but it has become commonplace if the question was asked during the interview, or when we want to apply for a job. One of the jobs that many people love is to be a teacher, even many also dedicate themselves to become a teacher despite having to fight a variety of obstacles.
Of course, we know that everyone has a different inspiration or motivation when they want to become teachers, this is something normal because humans are not the same. - Teaching: The Noblest Profession
The first reason why many people have the dream of becoming a teacher is, that the teacher is a noble job, work that determines the fate of the nation in the future. There would be no point in the knowledge we have if we do not transmit that knowledge to the young generation, to students who will continue the progress of the nation.
Science is a treasure, so as much as any we share with people, science will not diminish but will continue to grow. The two reasons above are just some of the other reasons that motivate anyone in this world to dedicate themselves to being a teacher. Some of the other reasons are to make education can be felt by anyone who lives in the most remote areas though. Reasons like this are usually owned by teachers who served in remote areas or those who choose to work there. They are far from family, willing to leave a nice life in the city just to provide education to anyone in need.
They never count the amount of money given, because of the sincerity to serve the country and educate the successors of the country was enough to motivate them to become a teacher. [ 3 ]
