3RD GRADE MATH - TELLING TIME TO NEAREST MINUTE
Telling Time to Nearest Minute Worksheet
In this post we will explore telling time to nearest minute using an analog clock. It is very easy to tell time to the nearest minute using a digital clock but in case of an analog clock it is quite challenging for young kids.
Again a number line can be very helpful for this task. I have prepared the following activity to explain the concept.
Kids need to draw a line from the clock time to the point on the number line to represent the time to exact minute. Then kids need to draw the minute and hour hand in the four analog clocks to show the time given in the question.
