The major goal of every writer is to interprete their characters in our mind. It's every writer's intention to communicate his words in the play for your understanding. But most writers miss it where there is a mismatch of too many flamboyant words.

The question now is, how can I communicate to my readers without seeing their faces? How will I create pictures in their mind about my characters or informations? What principles of writing should be applicable to pass across a simple meaning either with pun, simple words or flamboyant ones?

Some writers feel it's not every body that would understand their piece, with such idea, they tend to then use words extravagant words that could be substituted with simpler ones to show sophistication of the writ up. It is beautiful to have a sophisticated piece but let it still be comprehensible.

Tips about communication

Before the tips, there are pre requisite to achieve a communicable writings.

• Firstly you should know the structure of your content.
  structure could be in the aspect of your purpose of writing, could it be an essay or application letter, article or composition? That first guide would help you on the type of tenses to be used in your writing.

After discovering the set goal for your writing, having a subject matter or the major point of your purpose is helpful. Let's know your theme to avoid long paragraphs in order for you to go straight to the point in a judicious manner. Insert your different idea for each paragraph by starting it has your first sentence to avoid going off key.

Let your major point be unique, let it carry enough elegance and beauty.

Hmmmm, communication process is going smoothly. There a lot more about the structure of a piece but the above is my major.

• Secondly, is the manner of writing.
  What is the style or design of your writings? What are the characteristics? Is it short and precise but still posses quality? Is it long and still worth the length? Is it comprehensible with lucid words? Or flamboyant with sophisticated words but still pass across the absolute information? Does it posses beauty and elegance?

Well, the major beauty about writing is, never make it too difficult for readers to read your piece. Do all you can do, be it in words, paragraphs, indirect communications or whatsoever to make it understandable, don't make it hard for readers to interprete your writ up. Try and be lucid most times.

Let the style most especially of your first sentence in each paragraph be catchy. Because first sentence of each paragraph passes the key theme of your set point. Thus, making it interesting and enticing would draw the reader to read the full content.

There is a lot more on manner of writing but this above is my major guide.

• What does your content contain? What are you writing about?
  Do you have enough information about what you are writing about in order to expose arguments? Have you highlighted your key points? Is your reader your interest by getting him/her in track to your imaginations or story?
  What are your facts and how far do you know your topic so well? Have you research enough to avoid long worthless explanations?

Well, make sure you fully understand what you are writing about in order to convince the reader of your facts or story. Let them believe you and also positively argue with you about the topic and it's content.
