Rightly said sir. I think EQ plays a more important role in our work environment today than a great IQ does. Its just just being smart and intelligent it's about being relatable and approachable. A good relationship in and outside ones working environment goes a long way to building businesses. And i believe attitude determines ones altitude not IQ.
