Our roads, rivers, cities... What a mess! Massive education needs to be implemented into people, or impose fines, where they are able to police it.
Cities flood during rainy season due to the drains being filled with trash, never get cleared since the trash is being dropped all the time.
Humans have no clue on how to live clean, poverty does not cut it either for me, it is what you do in your home (unless you live a filthy life) do the same when out in public.
There were huge rain storms a few years back in Johannesburg, and because of drains that were blocked by rubbish one of the major hiways flooded and a lady was drowned in her car... so tragic and so avoidable!
