The sooner we make change the better. Some nice innovations come out it is getting them into the market at a reasonable cost.

To educate the public is the problem, visiting local store I have found meat that is already vacuum packed and labeled, then placed onto a tray with 2 additional cling wraps with stores label added. The original vacuum packaging would have been sufficient, stores add additional plastic that goes into trash to perhaps make the product slightly heavier before weighing and pricing in-store.
