Improving the discipline of students in schools is very important because schools are the place to create future generations of future leaders, whether or not realized by the students, the school becomes one of the places of awareness for them to learn about so many things. in order to become an existing and successful person.

Speaking of the discipline of students, is inseparable from the problem of negative behavior in students, which lately increasingly apprehensive.
Negative acts done by students at school due to cheating, truancy, extortion, off-school offenses such as fighting or combat, drug abuse, free sex, stealing and other harmful offenses.
Student behavior is formed and influenced by various factors, including environmental, family and school factors. It is undeniable that schooling is one of the dominant factors in shaping and influencing student behavior.
In school a student interacts with a teacher who educates and teaches him. The attitudes, deeds and sayings of the teachers seen and heard well by students can sink into their hearts and the effect sometimes exceeds the influence of their parents at home. Attitudes and behaviors that exist in the teacher is part of the effort to discipline students in school. All forms of undisciplined students in schools need to be prevention efforts.
Some of the things that school can do are:
Teachers should be an example in discipline, such as on time. Students will not have discipline when they see their own teachers are also not disciplined. Teachers should avoid the habit of entering using rubber clocks, delayed and always late to class.
Enact clear and decisive rules of conduct, making it easy to follow and able to create a conducive atmosphere for learning
Consistently teachers continue to socialize to students about the importance of discipline in learning to achieve optimal results, through coaching and more importantly through exemplary.
