The Important Role A Mother Plays In Her Child’s Education

Today I would like to discuss a mother’s role in educating and disciplining their children. Contact and affection between a child and a parent is very relative when it comes to the child’s growth and development. This love and affection must be given with all sincerity.

For example, cursing a child is not the solution to a problem, even physical discipline can do harm, emotionally and externally. As a parent, have you ever thought of raising your child, even disciplining them, by simply hugging him and kissing them with deep love and affection?

Some mothers are too busy with the demands of the world. They become impatient or do not have enough time to deal with their children. Instead they reprimand with a short temper, or leave the discipline to their teachers.

  In Aceh, the mother has the main role in managing a household and she is traditionally known as "Peurumoh" (homeowner).

The people of Aceh have given the deepest meaning to the word "Peurumoh" and it is only referred to a woman who had a husband. These words symbolize the work that a wife and mother has to do in managing the household. Be a strong and creative mother when it comes to managing your household.

When we you do this well and maximally, it will be a good and comfortable outcome for a happy family life – it will also build a firm foundation for the education of your children.
